E-safety messages from Year 3.

Year 5 have an excellent assembly!

Year 5 have excelled this half term. We were very busy during our end of term assembly with children having to go to the stage to collect the homework cup. Children in year 5 have been consistently handing in quality homework on time which has been recognised by the cup being awarded.

And this has only been possible because of attendance at school - which year 5 won as well - with 98.5% attendance.

Well done year 5. Keep up the great work and commitment.

World War 1 is brought to life

Year 5 have been learning all about World War 1, getting ready for our performance. From the outbreak to the number of people killed and injured and from the countries involved to life in the trenches, the children have all got speaking parts to learn and rehearse.

Virtual reality hits year 4

We have explored wonders of the world including the Great Barrier Reef, favelas in Brazil, Spanish culture and so much more. We are very lucky that Matt from Google has come to share this technology with us today!

Year 2 making chocolate!

As part of their Charlie and the Chocolate Factory topic, Year 2 took on the role of Willy Wonka and created their own chocolates. They certainly had some interesting concoctions and enjoyed tasting them!
